The Supreme Court uses the power of judicial review to evaluate laws passed by Congress and the actions of the Executive Branch to see if those laws or actions conform with the Court's interpretation of the Constitution. In this activity, the student will research 25 landmark cases in which the Supreme Court has exercised the power of judicial review.
